Darya graduated from Amherst College and the University of Washington School of Law. She was Editor in Chief of the Washington Law Review and graduated Order of the Coif. After law school, she clerked for the Hon. John C. Coughenour of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. She then joined the Litigation Practice Group at Davis Wright Tremaine where she worked on complex commercial litigation matters. After taking some time off, she and Marissa formed Swingle Wachter, PLLC.
Darya lives on Bainbridge Island with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys volunteering in her daughters' classrooms, reading, running and playing board games with her kids.
Marissa completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Washington and graduated from Seattle University School of Law summa cum laude. During law school, she was a legal intern in the tax department at Deloitte and Touche. After law school graduation, she joined the Seattle office of Davis Wright Tremaine where she practiced in the Employee Benefits and Health Law Practice Groups. After taking some time off, she and Darya formed Swingle Wachter, PLLC.
Marissa lives on Bainbridge Island with her husband and two children. She enjoys cooking, reading, snowshoeing and volunteering at her children's school.
